Questions before you book

How much is a private boat tour on Lake Como?+

Every tour is private and the price depends on duration, pick-up point and any extras. We do not publish rates online because we prefer to quote each request: message us on WhatsApp with your date, number of guests and the itinerary you have in mind.

Where do we board?+

We board in Como, Cernobbio, Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna and at many hotels with private jetties. If you are unsure where to start, we recommend the best option based on your chosen itinerary.

Is a skipper included?+

Yes, a private skipper is included in every tour. He speaks Italian and English and knows the shores, jetties and timings of every itinerary well.

How many people fit on the boat?+

Each boat carries up to 11 guests plus the skipper. For larger groups we arrange convoys with multiple boats.

Can I bring children or pets?+

Children are welcome; life jackets are available for all sizes. Pets are usually allowed on covered decks, but please tell us when booking.

Can we eat or drink on board?+

Of course. We bring water, ice and towels. On request we prepare a hamper with sparkling wine, cheese and charcuterie, or we can stop at a restaurant with a jetty.

Do you run tours in winter?+

We operate from March to November. In winter the boats are in maintenance and the lake is less suitable for cruising, but you can ask us about special outings when the weather allows.

Can the itinerary be customised?+

Absolutely. All tours are private, so the route adapts to your timing and wishes: an extra stop, a swim, a sunset aperitivo.

Do you handle weddings and events?+

Yes, it is a big part of what we do. Bridal arrivals, guest transfers, photo cruises at sunset and proposals: send us the schedule and we build the day together.

What should I bring?+

Sunscreen, sunglasses, a light jacket for the evening and comfortable shoes for any land stops. If you plan to swim, bring swimwear and a towel.

What happens if it rains?+

The boat has a covered cabin and awning for light rain. In genuinely bad weather we postpone or refund the deposit.

Do you accept card payments?+

We accept bank transfer, cash and major credit cards. Bookings require a deposit to hold the date.

Do you run evening tours?+

Yes, the sunset cruise is one of our most requested outings. We leave about two hours before sunset to be on the water at the best light.

Where can I park?+

Como and the main villages have paid car parks near the jetties. If you arrive by train, the Como jetty is a few minutes' walk from the station.
